Selected work

Real work, with the contribution made clear.

The projects below show different sides of DirectLine: customer experience, development, systems and the work of turning an idea into something people can use. Each entry identifies the type of project and the part Scott or the DirectLine team actually delivered.

Client project · Ecommerce strategy, Shopify development and customer systems

An artist’s vision, brought into a modern shopping experience.

Kevin Leonel brings a distinctive artistic voice to sports-inspired artwork and limited-release apparel. The original website Kevin and his team created was an immersive digital gallery—a showcase that placed his art and creative vision at the centre of the experience.

DirectLine built on that foundation, preserving the character of Kevin’s work while evolving the site into a modern online shopping experience. Scott refined the storefront, navigation and product pages so fans could move naturally from discovering a piece to choosing the right size and completing their purchase. Current releases, premium pieces and early-access opportunities became part of a more connected customer journey.

Behind the storefront, Scott extended the experience into the CRM, building the customer processes expected of a modern online store: early-access capture, consent-aware follow-up and abandoned-checkout reminders. Shopify remained the home of the store and checkout, with the CRM supporting the relationship beyond the initial visit.

Scott’s role through DirectLineKevin’s original website and creative direction were the starting point. Scott developed that existing work into a commerce-focused experience through storefront design, reusable product-page components, clearer shopping journeys and connected CRM processes. Kevin’s artwork and design sensibility remained at the heart of the project.

Borsato Group initiative · Group facilitation, landing page and customer information capture

A timely opportunity. A founder platform ready ahead of schedule.

Under Borsato Group’s direction, DirectLine is participating in facilitating Founder Growth Group: an initiative bringing together practical business support, live discussion and community for founders.

A timely opportunity created a launch window of just a few days. DirectLine shaped the website concept and carried it through design and implementation, delivering the page with time to spare.

The landing page gives the offer a clear introduction and an easy next step. Its interest form captures each founder’s name, email, company and main business challenge, helping turn initial interest into a useful starting point for the group.

Women-led initiative · Custom website design and development

A clear digital home for a women-led initiative.

The Sisterhood is a women-led initiative connecting women producers, sellers, buyers and entrepreneurs. Coffee provides the starting point, with space for education, partnerships and future commerce.

Building on the concept and the work already underway, Scott designed and built the website from the ground up through DirectLine. The aim was a clean, fast digital home that reflected the initiative’s purpose and made it easy for visitors to understand the vision and find their next step.

The work brought together page structure, visual design, development and supporting imagery. A clear homepage introduces the initiative, while dedicated inner pages give prospective partners and the wider community straightforward paths to explore and get involved.

DirectLine contributionTranslated the existing concept and strategic groundwork into a complete website, including information architecture, visitor journeys, visual design, development and much of the image selection or creation.
